Carissa Jackson is the New Homes Director and an agent at W Real Estate in Santa Rosa, CA. She has been working for the company since 2021 specializing in new homes. She has led a variety of projects both as an agent and as a director. 

Carissa has been instrumental in marketing and selling numerous new home communities across Sonoma County. Most notably, she has represented buyers in Kerry Ranch and City44. She has also aided as an agent sub for Riverhouse Healdsburg, Arden Healdsburg and current acting director for Portello, Paseo Vista, Acacia, Kerry Ranch, City44 and Synergy So Cal Fire Rebuild Program. 

Carissa manages the sales and marketing teams of W's new home communities. Carissa graduated from UC Davis in 2009 with a degree in Community and Regional Development. She is bilingual and serves her diverse community through connection and care. She gives each client whether a builder, buyer or seller her full attention to bring clarity and ease to real estate. Carissa prides herself on her gifts, connecting with people and the ability to see each project from a wider lens.
